This second volume of Western Australia Exploration covers the push outward from the developing Swan River Colony into the hinterland particularly the southern corner of the State.

Like the first volume of the Series, this is a significant publication on Western Australian history and one of the first of its type in Australia. Few before have attempted such a project.

More than four years of collecting, collating, typing and proofing by the members of the Project Committee will have gone into Western Australian Exploration 1836 - 1845 by the time it is published, ensuring it is an essential and accurate reference for all interested in Western Australian exploration history.

The 1836-1845 volume will be published in 2010.
